Our Marketing Department (OMD) is a fractional, interim resource as part of the Hawk Pharma Consulting team’s services. We have marketing specialists of the following grades to support all tasks in your project:

How our fractional, interim service could work for you
We set up Hawk Pharma Consulting to advise on commercial, marketing and go-to-market strategy and with start-up companies we advise on structure, roles and FTEs. The challenge with new companies, especially those with only one medicine, is that they don’t need a full-time person, they need part-time – maybe that is 3 days a week average but varying across the year depending on workload. A company could engage one person whether that is full-time or part-time however they then have to choose the grade of that one person.
Our offering through OMD is different. We can offer part time. Most importantly we offer the right person for the right job within the project. You can use our Marketing Director for strategic updates, Marketing Manager or Senior Brand Manager for day-to-day marketing and our Brand Executive for more administrative tasks – the person, and their rate, fits the task. You take the fraction you need in terms of days per week and you take the fraction of each person that you want.
