Challenge

A well established healthcare company headquartered in mainland Europe wanted to understand the feasibility of entering the UK market and, if viable, the best go-to-market strategy for its range of OTX products in the women’s health space.

Action

After understanding the classification of the different brands we reviewed how end-users or patients accessed similar products in the UK – via prescriptions, healthcare professional recommendations, direct purchase etc.  We reviewed the competitors for each brand to establish initial thoughts on positioning and opportunities in the market.

Result

Hawk Pharma Consulting produced a comprehensive report for the client and provided it as a pre-read to a review meeting.  Go-to-market strategy, and importantly the rationale behind it, was explained in order to build a deeper understanding.  Initial views on positioning were provided.  

Next Steps
